Property Management

Our property management services offer a two tier service. 1) If you are using your holiday home for yourself and 2) If you renting it out, whichever service you require you can be sure we will carry out your requirements.

Every effort is made so that when you arrive at your property everything is in order, if you have any special requests these will have been carried out on your behalf.

Our management service includes property security and weekly bill payment services - if you are letting, advertising on several specialists sites, and our own.

Cleaning services and laundry are paid for as and when they are needed.

Food Packs can be purchased on your behalf ready for arrival, and paid for on arrival.

Special Requirements - if there are any extras for that special occasion we can help to arrange these for you.

Garden and Pool Services organised at your request - these can be incorporated into your management contract

Transfer Services can be arranged for you and any customers letting your apartment, collection to and from the airport is by licensed vehicle.

Insurance - Property and Contents quotations supplied and paperwork completed on your behalf. Advice on future renewals.

Residency - we will be happy to help you to arrange your residency visa – quote supplied.

Airline Reservations - flights can be arranged all year round from many major UK airports. Help and advice on this is always available. Quotes can be supplied.
Annual Fee Property Management - £250PA

Includes:

* Weekly security checks summer and winter (when unoccupied)
* Key holding
* Bill payments on your behalf (money redeemed) statement and copy of bill sent to you
* Cleaning and laundry will be done as and when needed (money redeemed) statement sent
* Information Pack in the Apartment
* Ensure Apartment is ok prior to any arrivals

Extras:

Rentals
If you are a Property Management client and you wish us to check the Apartment after one of your lets, i.e.; for obvious damage and general condition of the Apartment the cost is - £20.00

Transfers
From Bodrum 1 - 3 people £100.00
From Bodrum 4 - 9 people £120.00
From Izmir 1 - 9 people £120.00

Payable to the driver upon arrival
