We work in partnership with a selection of high quality builders who are fully registered and we pride ourselves in the finished product of all our apartments and villas. Many of the properties in Altinkum are built by our own construction company.

You will normally pay a buyers tax which will be a small percentage of your agreed property price and a government tax.
