Property in Bodrum

Bodrum is the most international town on the Aegean coastline and boasts a wide selection of international and local style restaurants, bars and night clubs.

Visit the new Vita Park Golf Course, located just outside Bodrum. Curently only 9 holes are open for play, with a further 9 opening shortly. A further 19 hole course will be open towards the end of 2009.

Buying property in Bodrum affords you a location in this very cosmopolitan town that has it all. Millionaire yachts moor up in the yacht marina and you can take a trip on one of the old wooden gullets or visit the greek island of Kos. The marina now forms the central focus point of Bodrum.

Gumbet, a world renowned windsurfing centre, is popular among beachlovers and one for the young ones. Bitez, sheltered by the hills, is a more traditional seaside resort where you can sit and drink coffee or a beer with the sea in front of you.

Yalikavak is a pretty fishing village with white washed houses nestling in its pretty cove. Travelling further along the Bodrum peninsula, you will come to Gumusluk, still a working fishing village that has a wide range of fish restaurants.

Turgutreis is a rapidly expanding town. The drive from Bodrum to Turgutreis is interesting as you pass through the hills topped with windmills, Turgutreis also has a new marina.
