Professional and Trustworthy

Buying property in a foreign country can be a daunting prospect. Not only do you have to navigate the potential minefield of language, laws, regulations and charges, but finding a trustworthy and reputable agent is a task in itself.

Contacting agents was the easy part, trying to get them to act on your behalf is the difficult part. I don't know how many agents I contacted about specific properties and providing them details of my budget and my requirements only for them to come back with a list of properties that nowhere near matched what I had enquired about.

Sometimes the properties offered were even in a completely different country! Needless to say, if they couldn't or wouldn't respond properly to a simple initial enquiry and instead preferred to push properties that they wished to offload, how could I trust them to act in my best interests during a later purchasing process?

I was delighted therefore when I contacted Turkish Connextions and found that they actually answered the questions I had asked and provided details of properties that matched what I was looking for. They weren't pushy, but pleasant and professional. They were patient and courteous at all times and never once did I feel under any pressure. I was therefore very happy to travel to Turkey to view several properties selected by Jayne who, along with Izzy, conducted a grand tour of the properties and the Altinkum/Didim area in general.

They pointed out old features, new attractions and discussed future proposals for the area. They discussed freely all the properties we visited giving both pros and cons which I found refreshing as many agents only point out the pros. They were easy to speak with and put on no undue pressure at any stage. They provided time to look around each property and think over the possibilities before more moving on to the next one. I'm happy to say that a property was selected and purchased with Turkish Connextions taking all the hard work out of the process.

Their assistance in fitting out the property was greatly appreciated and once again took the pressure off having to look after these details. Even after the purchase of the property they provide an excellent general management service, remain extremely helpful and are always happy to give good advice.
