Kusadasi is located on the south west coast of Turkey on the Aegean Sea overlooking the Greek Island of Samos and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Turkey. It used to be a fishing village but now Kusadasi, on Turkey’s west coast, has transformed into a bustling place. 

Kusadasi was one of the earliest toursim destinations and still remains to be popular with its clear blue seas, beautiful nature, fabulous harbour, fine restaurants serving delicious Aegean food and historic sites. 

The beaches are the main pull during the day, and after dark the town comes to life, with vibrant bars and clubs setting an upbeat pace. If you’re in search of old Turkey, you’ve got cobbled streets, mosques, old-school tavernas and bazaars here, too.  

Kusadasi is only 4 hours from the UK, and flights are easy to find all year round into Izmir Airport n which is located just 45 minute drive away from Kusadasi plus Bodrum International Airport is just a 90 minute drive away, making both airports easily accessible from most European countries.

Around 900 cruise liners visit the port annually and this magnificent resort has experienced explosive growth in recent years and there are now 2,500 resident visas held by foreigners living in and around Kusadasi.

Kusadasi town and areas have an excellent infrastructure. You can find many Western high-street names here from to Tesco (Kipa), and B&Q .

There are 8 beaches to choose from in Kusadasi. There is the very popular Ladies Beach, a big sweep of golden sand that’s backed by a smart promenade filled with a variety of restaurants and bars providing all day refreshments and food. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for hire, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine or for those who want a more active day at the beach there is a variety of water sports available, including windsurfing which is a big hit at this beach. There is also Long Beach, which is great for water-sports and snorkeling. Pamuk Beach offers a long stretch of sand and ample amounts of space accommodating everyone. The beach is also backed by a range of all inclusive hotels. For a quieter option, there is Kustur Beach, which tends to be less busy.

Kusadasi has three water-parks within easy reach, too. There’s Aqualand, at Kusadasi Long Beach, for a start. And on the outskirts, you’ve got Aqua Fantasy, part of an upmarket hotel and spa complex, which comes with DJs and dance shows as well. And last but not least, there’s Adaland, with its dolphin and sea park.

The ruins of the ancient city of Ephesus are just half an hour away. You can see the remains of the Temple of Artemis, the Roman library, and even the public toilets and a sign for the brothel. Just outside the city is the house where the Virgin Mary is said to have died.

Also Priene and Miletos are worth exploring.

DAVUTLAR is a very up and coming area just south of Kusadasi close to the Dilek Peninsula. The area is peaceful and tranquil and has a great selection of sandy beaches, with cool clean waters, which separate you from the Island of Samos a great place to sit and whatch the sun setting. Davutlar is only 9 miles from the centre of Kusadasi and very accessible by local transport. Davutlar is a traditional agricultural village, so you can stop and buy from the roadside, great tasting fruit and vegetable nut it is fast becoming a hotspot for investors.

KUSADASI INTERNATIONAL GOLF COURSE is a fabulous resort located in an area of national parkland and enjoys stunning views of the Samos Island and the Aegean Sea. The beautiful sandy Long Beach can be found just a short drive away. This resort enjoys a terrific 18 hole golf course, a private beach, swimming pools and a spa centre and much much more.  

LADIES BEACH is a lovely and popluar area and is located close to the town centre of Kusadasi where you will find all amenities such as shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Ladies beach offers a big sweep of golden sand, the perfect place for relaxing in the sunshine and offers a variety of water sport activities. There is also a fabulous promenade filled with variety of great bars and restaurants.

SOGUCAK is a peaceful pleasant village offering beautiful surroundings. You can find the town centre of Kusadasi 11km away, here you will find a wonderful variety of lovely shops, cafes, great bars and restaurants. The beautiful and popular Paradise Beach is situated around 1.5km away.
