Part of an island named Kalem Island located just off the coast of the Aegean, on the province of Izmir's Dikili region, has been put on the market for a whopping 400 million TL (54 million USD).
The island is located 500 metres from the mainland of Turkey, directly across from the Greek Island Lesbos. The Kalem Island has been known for its daily boat trips and is famous for its stunning blue sea and white sands.
There is around 258 acres of the island for sale, which is almost half of the island. Kalem is home to two holiday resorts, an abundance of olive trees, historical ruins, deep blue waters and soft white sands.
It is no surprise that this island has been in high demand from potential buyers for years.
